Francie Harris currently serves as Chief of Staff at DMFI, focusing on board relations. Previously, she served as a Senior Advisor in the Office of Commercial and Business Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. Her earlier roles in the Biden-Harris Administration include Acting and Deputy White House Liaison at the State Department and Deputy Director in the Office of Scheduling and Advance at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Before joining the Biden-Harris Administration, Francie was the Director of the President’s Office at EMILY’s List.
Her experience also includes serving as the Director of Scheduling for Secretary Ernest Moniz at the Department of Energy during the Obama-Biden Administration and working on the National Advance Team for Obama for America in 2012.
Francie lives in Washington, DC where she is an active member of 3GDC, an organization for grandchildren of Holocaust survivors. She is originally from Highland Park, IL.
