“We stand among the mourners for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and too many others whose lives were cut short by racism and injustice. Words are not a sufficient response to these tragic deaths; they must inspire us to action. We renew our commitment to work toward a more just and inclusive society. We stand in solidarity with black Americans who are peacefully protesting against the ongoing violence directed at their community and we are repulsed by President Trump’s continuing effort to stoke the racism infecting our society.”

By focusing only on Israeli policies and not on Palestinian impediments to peace, nor on the failure of the Palestinian leadership to accept previous Israeli offers of statehood, the text also leaves a false impression and could send a dangerously misleading signal to Israel’s enemies."
“I’m honored to have earned the early support of the Democratic Majority for Israel, and your continued engagement will be vital as we build toward the general election,” wrote Biden. “DMFI has been a powerful voice standing up for our party's principles and advocating for a strong enduring partnership between Israel and the U.S., grounded in our democratic values.”
