Having just returned from an extraordinary wartime trip to Israel, he reaffirmed his ironclad support for Israel’s effort to dismantle Hamas and underscored the crucial role of American leadership in safeguarding our national security by supporting our critical partners, Israel and Ukraine. He forcefully and eloquently drew parallels to the wars in Israel and Ukraine, emphasizing that America must support allies who are facing existential threats. As President Biden said, supporting aid to Israel and Ukraine is ‘a smart investment that’s going to pay dividends for American security for generations.’
