Pastor and TruNews founder Rick Wiles, a supporter of President Trump, recently aired a program in which he claimed “this impeachment movement is a Jew coup.” Wiles charged, “that’s the way the Jews work, they are deceivers, they plot, they lie, they do whatever they have to do to accomplish their political agenda.”
Donald Trump Jr. gave an interview to TruNews earlier this year, while the President himself has called on them at news conferences.
In response to this virulently antisemitic rhetoric from Wiles, Democratic Majority for Israel’s President and CEO Mark Mellman issued the following statement:
“This is some of the most startling and virulent antisemitism you will hear in America. Wiles’ crazed bigotry is disgusting. President Trump must stop giving public recognition to Rick Wiles and his publications, condemn Mr. Wiles, disavow his comments, and reject his support.”
